Aerol Moly Spray, Grade 2010 is a Heavy-Duty Molybdenum disulfide Grease in an aerosol can.It is used where reciprocating or sliding friction under load is prevalent and where scuffing, fretting and seizure must be prevented. It helps contacting metal surfaces to run-in, reduces friction and wear under load and protects from corrosion.

Does not run-off, drip at high temperature or Smoothens imperfections on contacting surfaces Excellent extreme pressure, anti-wear properties under heavy load/shock load Protects under boundary lubricant conditions Prevents galling, fretting & seizure Resistant to water wash-off, moist and humid conditions Serviceable from -20 to 200 C and up to 350 C after volatilization of base fluid.

Applications Used to lubricate surfaces of ropes, chains, gears and machine parts operating under high temperature, high load, moist/humid atmospheres or where water wash off is a threat Used to lubricate plain bearings operating at slow speed and high temperature Used as an anti-seize on threaded connections subject to high temperature up to 300 C Used as an assembly aid on tight fitting parts and for running-in mating surfaces. Used to lubricate components and surfaces operating under high temperatures where ordinary lubricant will melt Used to lubricate passenger and commercial vehicle components such as cv joints, pins, bushings and highly loaded sliding spine drive shafts.Used to lubricate furnace door hinges, trolley wheels, conveyors of furnaces Used as a lubricant on metal forming, punching, cutting dies due to its ability to withstand extreme pressure
