Aerol Penetrating Lube Spray, Grade 4343, is a unique multifunctional Penetrant, Cleaner and Lubricant. It is specifically designed to provide these three outstanding functions in Industries and Industrial processes. Its rapid and deep penetrative properties and its unique capillary action make this product an outstanding penetrant which cuts through layers of rust, dirt etc. It helps to clean and remove most oils, grease, tar, adhesive and dry rust and several other unwanted materials. It is also a non toxic, odorless, colorless lubricant for machinery and parts. Key performance properties  Quick and deep penetration into rusted threaded connectors and close fitting parts.  It penetrates deep into rusted surfaces and helps to remove rust and free up seized threaded connections.  It provides light lubrication to all types of moving parts with a non-toxic, colorless, odorless oil  It helps to clean stubborn dirt and grime formed with oil, grease, adhesives, dry rust, carbon etc.
Applications Release of rusted/stuck/jammed parts, threaded connectors etc. Rust removal from ferrous substrates. Cleaning of oil, grease, dirt, dust, grime from parts, components and surfaces. Lubrication of food, pharmaceutical, medical equipment where non-toxic lubricants are recommended. Excellent lubricant for general light lubrication of automotive, industrial, electrical, household and office equipment. Most suited for lubrication of textile and embroidery machinery due to colorless and non staining property. Lubrication of plastic and rubber parts in toys, office equipment, electronic equipment etc. Lubrication of conveyors and other mechanism, like in printing press, diaper and sanitary pad manufacturing machinery where a colorless lubricant is desired.
Method of use Spray directly on surfaces to be treated and ensure that full coverage is achieved. Use extension tube, if necessary to reach difficult areas.
Precaution during storage and use Contents are highly flammable. The cans should be kept away from sources of heat and ignition. Do not spray on flame or ignited materials. The Cans are pressurized and should not be punctured, incinerated or exposed to severe damage. This may cause the can to burst violently. Use in a well ventilated area and avoid excessive inhalation, eye or skin contact. Keep away from children. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place below 50 C. The Cans should be used within 24 months from date of manufacture. Most Cans perform normally even after extended storage beyond the best before date may affect the contents or the packaging components. Such can may be re inspected and test run may be conducted to confirm acceptability.
