About Aerol Chain Oil Spray, Grade 4011, 4021 & 4031 (300g)

Aerol Chain Oil spray, Grade 4011 & 4021 are Polyalphaolafin fluid based lubricating preparations designed to provide lubrication under condition of temperature extremes, excessive wear, high load and corrosion prone environment.

Grade 4011 is a clean, non-toxic lubricant and suggested where incidental food contact may occur. 

Grade 4021 contains Molysulphide as an additive and is recommended for chains operating under conditions of high load.

Applications

Chains operation in lithographing ovens, plywood drying ovens, tenter frames in textile mills, chains in glass plants, annealing furnaces, paint & ceramic curing ovens, meat-poultry and food processing factories and any area where chains are operating at high temperatures. Also lubricates chains of bikes, cycles and other automobiles. Very useful for lubrication of Gear sets, Bearings, Circulating oil system, Worm gear units and highly loaded sliding surfaces

Chain Oil Spray, Grade 4031: 

Aerol Chain Oil spray is semi-synthetic fluid, based preparation designed to provide lubrication under conditions of moderately high temperature, excessive wear, high load and corrosion prone environment.

It contains special additives which helps it to strongly adhere its to the chain or substrate to which it is applied. It is also highly resistant to water wash off and does not fling in fast running chains.

 Adhesive, Long-life, durable lubricant.

Extends chain life & reduces energy cost.

Non-drip and low-deposit formation at moderately high temperatures

Serviceable in low & high temperature operations (-150C to 1200C)

Low volatility, high oxidation stability & excellent corrosion resistant properties.

Offers superior lubrication and heat resistance compared to mineral oils.

Applications

It is used to lubricate motorcycle and other automotive chains, chains operating in industrial machinery, hoisting, conveying and material handling equipment etc
